Young students will also be allowed to participate, older ones too! About The Community Class Network As a physical extension of Boogiezone.com – YOUR online dance community connection, The Boogiezone Community Class adopts and promotes an atmosphere focused on positivity and inspiration. Its unique class vibe goes unmatched, known worldwide as one of the most comfortable, non-competitive environments to train in. Taught by Boogiezone Community members from around the world and the industry’s most sought after choreographers, the Boogiezone Community Class provides the physical platform for everyone to interact and engage on a multitude of levels. In conjunction with establishing its reputation as an emerging online dance community website, Boogiezone also developed a strong reputation for organizing some of the best workshops and master classes. In an effort to offer quality dance instruction to the masses on a more frequent basis, the first weekly Community Class was established at Focus Dance Center in Irvine, California on June 20, 2004. After three years, over a hundred teachers, and nearly a thousand students later, The Community Class Network was born. In November 2007, The Community Class concept was integrated into two more Southern California studios, Jayvee Dance Center in Alhambra, and Hype Studios in Torrance. As a result of duplicating the class and offering it in more locations, Boogiezone is broadening its sphere of influence, further fulfilling its mission to reach as many dancers and work with as many studios as possible. We have recently also started to travel with the "Boogiezone Community Class Connection" and since then have taken the class concept to New York - NY, Vancouver, B.C., Vancouver WA, Bellevue - WA, Winnepeg - Manitoba, Miami, Orlando, and Gainesville - Florida. New Zealand, New Jersey, and London are now also set to offer the classes on a regular basis! Now, this September 24th Boogiezone will be offering a new series of classes that will reach the Contemporary dance market. We are excited about this expansion and would like to thank you all for your support and love for our classes! The Mission Statement “To further bridge the gap between the Dance Community and Industry by providing a place where dancers from every background and with any skill level are welcome to meet, greet, inspire, be inspired, and learn in an inviting, and non-competitive, relaxed dance environment.” Class Philosophy 1. To provide top notch, quality, dance instruction that allows students to improve and become better dancers and performers. 2. To provide a place where members of the Boogiezone Community can come together to meet and share their passion for dance and performance in another kind of forum, a "physical" one. 3. To provide an opportunity for those who do not know about Boogiezone to get curious about the community and want to become a part of it. 4. To encourage all students that "getting better" is a process, and that we are all rooting for each others personal dance success. 5. Build relationships with new students right away in order to get them to WANT to come back again and again. 6. Invite instructors to teach that represent every aspect of the dance community, from aspiring, to professional, to members of local companies and crews. This helps to foster the sense of community we are trying to promote, and allows us to strike as many connections as possible! 7. Keep the class (from warm up to combination) positive, fun, interactive, and relaxed. elmboogie Chief Brainchild www.boogiezone.com |

Soon thereafter, he moved to L.A., and went on a full scholarship at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, where he had the opportunity to train in nine different forms of dance technique. While on scholarship at D.A.D.A he had the pleasure to do five full-length plays, written and directed by Mrs. Debbie Allen. He starred in four principal roles, and served as one of her assistant choreographers on a play she was choreographing, and directing in Beirut Lebanon. Will joined Terry Beeman’s Co. for two years, appearing in two of his full length shows; “Bound” and “La Piccolo Concerto. He danced in the 57th Annual Emmy Awards in the very first competition of “Emmy Idol.” Will had the experience of being a part of the skeleton crew, for the Paramount Pictures movie “Dreamgirls.” After graduating high school Will moved to Las Vegas to be a part of “A New Day” by DRAGONE, staring the world renowned Celine Dion.
